Seat Preevue

Bespoke Premium View From Seat Solution

Seat Preevue is our in-house VfS solution, providing high-resolution photorealistic views from every single seat in an auditorium.

Our images are rendered from venue Digital Twins produced in-house from LiDAR laser scans for existing buildings or from architectural drawings for new builds.

The software-driven process captures renders from every seat using the same virtual camera, with standardised positioning across all seats.

Our views, supplied as both 2D images and 360-degree panoramas, can be linked to all major online booking systems, enabling patrons booking tickets to clearly understand the view from a seat when booking a ticket.

Our bespoke VfS solution enables fast iterations of rendered views, with the ability to quickly re-render the images to feature the production design of an event or new production.

 Seat Preevue FAQs

  • We have integrations with major ticketing systems, including Tessitura, Spektrix, Seats.io, and AudienceView.

If we do not have an existing integration with your ticketing platform, we can also supply standard JPG or PNG images that can be linked to your existing ticket system.

To discuss the set up process for your specific online ticketing system, please get in touch.

  • We supply Seat Preevue as an annual licence based on venue capacity. For a specific quote for your venue, please get in touch.

  • One of the key benefits of using CGI renders of Digital Twins instead of traditional photography is the ability to swiftly update the venue’s production visuals, even before the actual show is constructed onsite. This allows you to showcase accurate seat views and start selling tickets well in advance - potentially even years before the show opens.

When a show changes, we collaborate with you to seamlessly update the seat view images, reflecting the new production.

  • The setup time varies depending on several factors. If your venue and show are already part of our library of scans and Digital Twins, the process can be completed in just a few days.

If your venue hasn’t been scanned or built as a Digital Twin yet, the first step is to conduct an onsite LiDAR laser scan, which typically takes one day. The process of creating a Digital Twin can then take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the size and complexity of your venue.

For a more accurate estimate of the turnaround time, please contact us, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

  • If your venue is still under construction, we can create a Digital Twin using your architectural plans. This allows you to offer Seat Preevue views and start selling tickets even before the venue is completed.
